If you want maximum projection quality and reliability without compromise, choose an original lamp with housing. If you want an original lamp for a favourable price, the original bulb inside with housing is the right choice for you. Buy the cheapest generic lamp for in-home projectors if projection quality and reliability are not your top priorities.
All you need to do is loosen a few screws in the projector, remove the entire lamp housing, and replace it with the new one. You can choose from 3 lamp options - original, original bulb inside or generic.
